THE CURRENT SITUATION OF THE TOURISM FLOWS AND ITS PROMOTING FACOTRS IN FUZHOU CITY
基于1999-2003年数据，分析了福州市旅游流在不同年份、季节、月份和黄金周的变化趋势，并探讨了其促进因素，为旅游政策制定提供参考。
Tourist flows not only are an important index with estimating the speed of the tour industry and its economic development,but also are a integrated index with evaluating landscape quantities and the general service levels in a region.In this paper,based on relevant data with tourist quantity and social economic situation from 1999a to 2003a,the present condition and variation of the tourist flow(TF) are respectively analyzed by different years,seasons,months and golden weeks in Fuzhou city,and their promoting factors also are analyzed. The results are showed that: in Fuzhou city,the yearly TF and golden week TF in same date between different years are general increase trend in recent five years,the seasonal TF is the third TF the fourth TFthe second TFthe first TF,and the monthly TF has general apexes and three vales.The reason of the increase of the yearly TF from 1999a to 2003a is that: on the one hand,it is influenced by the interior attractive factors including good weather and the ecological conditions in scenery regions,travel product's quantity,quality and price,transportation,the travel servants' quality and so on;on the other hand,it is promoted by exterior social and environmental factors such as publicizing to the special travel products,the increment of the meeting and exhibition,the consumption loan policy and so on.This result can provide the decision-making reference for drawing up the related policy and decision of travel industry and etc.in Fuzhou city.
