The industrial heritages in Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt are the important parts of industrial heritages in liaoning or northeast China,exhibiting fully development achievements and the great creations of coastal aera industrial culture after liaoning opening and trading.This essay analyses the constitution of the industrial heritage in Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt,industrial heritage conservation achievements,existing problems and the whole situation of toursim utilization,then puts forward four development patterns including Government-leding,regional co-operation,pole-axis development,creative industry driving,through which promoting the construction of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt and revitalizing Northeast traditional industrial base.
