A Study on Internet Based Finance Model

Modem information technologies,especially mobile payment,social network,search engine,and cloud computation,will transform financial system in a fundamental way.There will be a new finance mode which is different from commercial banks and security markets.We call it internet based finance mode.This paper is the first one to explore this new topic,covering its payment facilities,information processing technologies, and resource allocation methods.
