Study of the Soft Environmental Construction of Ecological City in Arid Land:Zhangye City in Gansu Province as an Example
研究了干旱区生态城市软环境建设，以张掖市为例，从公民意识、法律环境、政治环境和社会文化氛围等方面分析其建设过程，对城市管理者和规划者有参考价值。
The soft environment is relatively hard environment,mainly including human-centered form of non-material elements,such as ideas,concepts,the legal system,management decision,social and cultural. Zhangye is located in the western arid areas,the eco-city construction should be integrated with the own characteristics of the urban.This article analysises the process of the soft environment construction in eco-city of Zhangye from cultivating civic consciousness,building a good legal environment and political environment and creating the atmosphere of social and cultural in eco-city.
