THE GOVERNANCE OF REGIONAL INDUSTRY CHAIN:CONNOTATION AND MEASURES
分析了产业链治理的内涵，基于连云港先进材料产业链的调查数据，指出问题并提出地方政府可参考的治理措施。
The stability of industry chain relates to the regional industry and economic competitiveness.However, enterprises will coordinate market relationships according to their own interests,instead of the whole industry chain's interests.As a result,the local government needs to have a brief understanding of relationships inside the industry system,local resources,and national or local industrial development policies.Then,the local government can take several measures to mould the development of regional industry chain,such as optimizing the structure of industry chain;holding the high-end of the chain;attracting enterprises effectively,and so on.Based on the view of current literature,this paper analyse the connotation of the industry chain governance.According to the data obtained from the survey,some problems of Lianyungang advanced material industry chain are described. Finally,the governance measures for local government's reference are proposed.
