The proposal to ease traffic jam of larger crossings in Beijing
认为北京大型交叉口拥堵主因是机动车与非机动车线路安排不当，提出长远应建地铁、放射路而非环路，近期通过重划标线、调整设施和规则来缓解拥堵。
The author considers that one of the main reasons of traffic jam in larger crossings of Beijing lies in the mal-arrangement of the lines between automobiles and bicycles. From a long term view, to build more sub-railway or other rail-traffic systems and radiate-road instead of building more loopline is a basic way to solve this problem. In recent, the basic way is to curtail the crossing distance of perdestrains and bicycles by resetting the lines and adjust the traffic facilities and traffic rules to ease traffic jams.
