Study on the Coordination between Civil Servant Housing Policy and Urban Public Housing Policy

It is very important to research and design the civil servant housing policy in the context of urban public housing policy,and it is of great significance in regard of the rationality and stability of the latter.Urban public housing policy is facing a huge gap between supply and demand of affordable housing,including purchasing and renting,while civil servant housing policy focuses on purchasing affordability.Civil servant housing policy should be to achieve fair and equitable as the direction,change the waiting mechanism by grade shift to direct monetary subsidies based on the housing difficulty and grade.The provision of turnover housing should only supply the staff that can't afford market-oriented housing after monetary subsidy.
