PRINCIPLES AND DECISION-MAKING MODEL OF SUSTAINABLE LAND USE
针对传统土地利用决策只考虑直接经济收益的问题，提出基于决策理论的可持续土地利用决策模型，并强调从纯经济影响转向生态经济影响的原则。
The implementation of sustainable development strategy has been challenging the traditional decision-making model of land uses in which only direct economic benefits and costs are taken into account. Analyzing the contradictions between traditional concepts of land use value and the sense of sustainable development, this paper proposes decision-making model aimed at realizing sustainable land use. The decision-making theory is employed. To guarantee implementation of decision-making of sustainable land use, two important principles are pointed out, one is the changing of the decision-making senses from pure economic impacts to ecological-economic impacts, and the other is the reformulation of decision-making methodology which can meet the demand of sustainable land use.
