分析了城中村改造中政府、开发商和村民三方利益冲突，提出规范政府权力、建立市场化拆迁补偿机制等对策，并以石家庄为例说明。
The reconstruction of village in the city is a complex game process of the benefits of many sides and the benefit harmony is the difficulty of the reconstruction.Through the way of beneficial correlation analysis,the paper analyzed of the relation of the main benefit correlations in the reconstruction of village in the city-urban government,land agent and the villager,opened out the main beneficial conflict in the process,and came out the conclusion that the benefit interrelated sides make clear their own reasonable benefits.On the base of the above analysis,the paper put forward the following countermeasures: standardize the government's public power;establish the mechanism of the relocation and compensation in according with the market economy rules;establish the system of the project social appraisement;explore the allocation mode according to the market economy condition.In the end,the paper introduced the things about the reconstruction of village in Shijiazhuang city.
