DYNAMIC BALANCE OF GROSS ARABLE LAND IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF WESTERN CHINA
分析了西部开发中耕地利用面临的问题，提出耕地供给应满足其产品需求的动态平衡观点，并给出了控制数量、质量、结构、生态和生产的措施。
On the basis of the analysis of the problem that the arable land use faces with in the development of western China, this paper discussed the viewpoint on the dynamic balance of gross arable land that the supply of the arable land can meet with the demand for the products provided by the arable land. After that, the paper provided with some measures for achieving dynamic balance of gross arable land including the control of quantity, quality, structure, ecology and production.
