THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE URBANIZATION IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE
研究了浙江省城市化应通过调整行政区划、跨江发展、培育大城市和加强政策引导来实现，防止盲目扩张和城市病，以促进经济社会进一步发展。
The paper believes that in order to actualize urbanization of Zhejiang province we should adust districts at first,that is reorganization and mergence of districts. In progress of reorganization and mergence of districts, weshould change traditional living structures of occupying one side of river into occupying both sides of river. The de-tails, development of Hangzhou requires district to expand from both sides of Qiantang river to area of Hangzhou bay;in developed coastal area, big cities should inereuse in order to gather all dind of resources while strengthening func-tion of Ningbo and Wenzhou, one or two more big cities should be founded according to facts; basing on completeness ofthe reorganization and mergence of district, government should emphasize integrative utilizations of resources andthe guidance of policies, preventing blindness and the city syndrome, in order to enable urbanization to ensure thefurther development of econmy and society of Zhejiang province in new century.
