UPGRADING CHINESE LOCAL CLUSTERS IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL SHIFT: WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO WENZHOU'S FOOTWEAR CLUSTER
探讨全球转移背景下中国地方产业集群的升级问题，以温州鞋业集群为例，分析其面临的挑战和升级解决方案，强调本地互动与全球联系并存。
This paper discusses the upgrading local clusters of footwear industry of China in the context of global shift.As far as the industrial upgrading of the clusters,the local interaction and global linkage are co-existed.Although the global retailers and brand companies are more and more important in the global production,the interaction between local actors can't be ignored.In the case of the Wenzhou footwear cluster,the challenge faced by Wenzhou's footwear cluster and solutions of upgrading are analyzed in the end of the paper.
