Abstract

Based on Kirging method of geo-statistics,this paper simulated space distribution of Loudi land price and opened out the space frame characteristic of land price.The results show that the land price gradually decrease from city conter to periphery,besides,with gradual reducing of the land price,the type of the land use present echelon transformation from commerce,residence to industry;the space distribution of land price not only is continuity but also variation.Then by established price model of Hedonic,the paper analysed main factor of influencing all use city land price and commerce land price,we found that the distant to the city center mostly influenced the space distribution of the land price.
