STUDY ON THE SPATIAL PATTERN AND EVOLUTION OF URBANIZATION IN JIANGSU PROVINCE
基于城市规模结构和城镇化空间分异，利用帕累托模型和空间分析方法，定量分析了1999-2004年江苏省城镇化的空间格局及其演变，揭示了城市分布梯度、极化与空间收敛趋势。
The spatial pattern of urbanization usually shows certain spatial structure and spatial differentiation.Based on the scale structure of cities and spatial differentiation of urbanization,the spatial pattern of urbanization and its evolution form 1999 to 2004 in Jiangsu province are quantitatively analyzed using the Pareto model and SAMs.It is revealed that in Jiangsu province,the gradient of urban distribution and the trends of polarization and spatial convergence of regional urbanization exist apparently.
