Assistance Strategy for the City's New Immigrants Which Based on the Perspective of Quality Life Assessment:A Case of Chengdu and its Surrounding Areas

New urban immigrants are a specific vulnerable group who go with the development of urbanization;how their quality of life in the city is directly related to our social stability and the construction of a harmonious society in China.And it is also an important yardstick of measuring whether or not China's social security policies are perfect.Therefore,how to improve the quality of life in this part of the group is the urgent problem which relevant government departments should resolve.Based on the above goal-oriented,by analyzing the quality of life for new immigrants who reside in Chengdu and the surrounding areas,and to explore its internal causes,we finally propose a model which under the guidance of the government,can improve the quality of life of urban new immigrants,and Layered relief strategy pattern.
