THRESHOLD ANALYSIS ON SPAN RIVER EXPANSION OF LARGE RIVER FRONT CITIES IN CHINA——AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON JINAN
研究了滨江城市跨河扩张所需的经济、社会和技术条件，提出城市是否进入跳跃发展阶段是决定跨河扩张必要性的关键，并以济南为例进行实证分析，对城市空间调控和土地开发有指导意义。
Essential conditions concerning economic,social and technological factors are required when a riverfront city comes to a River phase,which is the socalled term threshold.While few papers have determined or classified that,especially in a quantitative perspective.Summarizing urban spatial-temporal features of Chinese and foreign Span River Expansion process,the authors conclude that the proposition of whether a city achieves leaping development phase is the most important when we determine the necessity of Span River Expansion,and the importance of the others,such as geographical and technological variables,declines.To support this,we establish and utilize a Feasibility Evaluation model,and have an empirical study on Jinan.The study will be instructional in urban space regulation and land development venture anticipation.
