A COMPOUND-ADMINISTRATION-BASED RESEARCH ON THE COOPERATION MODEL OF THE "3+5" URBAN AGGLOMERATION
运用复合行政理论，构建了“3+5”城市群动态双重扩张合作模型，分析了内外扩张的双重合作思路、运行主体与机制，并提出了安全保障机制。
Seriously considering the different features between 3 and 5 in the cooperation of the 3+5 urban agglomeration,the paper employs the Compound Administration Theory to construct a dynamic and dual expansive cooperation model in the 3+5 urban agglomeration.Basing on the examination of the municipal urban agglomeration and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,it analyzes the cooperative thought in the dual cooperation model of internal and external expansion,explores the conducting subject and conducting mechanism,and proposes the security mechanism of the cooperation model.
