基于Roseland的生态城市原则,将生态城市规划分为基础、产业和社会三个子系统,并以常州新北区为例,应用复杂生态网络系统进行景观、水系、生物多样性等基础规划,构建多基础规划网络以平衡生态系统和促进可持续发展。

Abstract

The urgent need of human for the ideal eco-city in the recent several decades indicates the coming civilization of eco-age.Based on complex eco-networks of eco-city systems and the dimensions of the eco-city principle proposed by Roseland in 1997,we suggested that eco-city planning should be divided into 3 major sub-systems,namely eco-city foundation planning,eco-city industrial planning and eco-city social planning.In the case study of eco-city and rural planning in Xinbei,Changzhou city,we try to apply the complex eco-network systems in the eco-city foundation planning system including landscape system,stream system,biological diversity,land-use,traffic system and eco-infrastructure system;eco-agriculture planning,eco-industrial planning,eco-community planning,etc.Finally,a complex multi-foundation planning networks could be constructed in the eco-city and rural system for the balance of the ecosystems and sustainable development of Xinbei's future.
