EXTIMATE AND ANALYSIS STRUCTURE OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN HUBEI PROVINCE

Tourism industry is a labor and knowledge intensive industry,and human resources have become the key factor of tourism competition.With the rising of Central China's economy,tourism industry of Hubei province develops rapidly and the scale is larger and larger.However,there is serious structure problem of imbalance of structure.The paper uses the sociological investigation method in the view of structuralism theory in order to reveal the current situation of human resources of Hubei's tourism industry: the scale and the structure of human resources are unreasonable and the scale is on the small side;from the aspect of age structure,the middle-age and the youth constitute the majority and take on the trend of being younger;the structure of staff's education and technology is unreasonable for that employees with high title of technical post or high education take too small proportion;the share of professional technology such as computer and foreign language is small and there is inadequate professional training for foreign language and so on;training intensity is not enough,and the content and pattern of training should be innovated;the fluidity of staff is high,and the percentage of demission is large.The paper also reveals the inner reason from the aspect of the features of industry,efficiency of management,intensity of work,social sense,salary improvement and promotion and so on.
