RESEARCH ON THE ECONOMIC OUTPUT VALUE OF CULTIVATED LAND BASED ON PEASANT HOUSEHOLD PANEL
用收入资本化法计算稻田和旱地的经济产出价值，分析农户行为对耕地价值的影响，发现农户生产系统和投入行为对水田和旱地价值影响不同，需针对性调整农户行为。
On the basis of calculating the economic output values,with the income capitalization approach,of paddy field and dry field samples in study area,the effect of farmers' behaviors on the economic output values of cultivated land was studied by using the methods of correlational analysis and Cobb-Douglas production function.Furthermore,according to the motivation theory,the mechanism that farmers' behaviors affect the economic output value of cultivated land was constructed.The results suggest that: there is substantial fluctuation among the economic output values per hectare of paddy field and dry field samples in study area,and the economic output values per hectare of paddy field samples are generally higher than that of dry field samples;the economic output values of paddy field and dry field samples in study area are differently affected by farmers' crop production system behavior and production inputs behavior,therefore,in order to further promote the economic output values of farmland,there are some need to adjust the household behaviors;the internal and external factors,such as the demand of farmers,the resources of peasant families and national or regional macro-factors etc,will indirectly influence the economic output value of cultivated land by stimulating farmers' motivations and objectives to change farmers' behaviors.Thus the adjustment of farmers' behaviors should take the internal and external factors that affect household behaviors and its action mechanism as the instruction,and pointedly adopt comprehensive measures to standardize the household behaviors.
