Study on the Driving Forces of the Construction Land Expansion in Urban and Rural Dianchi Watershed
利用1988-2008年遥感数据构建面板模型，分析经济发展、人口增长与规划政策对滇池流域城乡建设用地规模和人均面积的影响，发现规划政策是扩张的主要驱动力。
In this paper,we interpreted out 6 sets of land use type data from the corresponding remote sensing image of Dianchi watershed area from 1988 to 2008,and we built panel data model,controlling natural resources factor,compared and analyzed the influences of economic development factors and planning and policy factors on the scale and area per capita of construction land total amount in urban and rural Dianchi watershed area.We found that although the promotion of economic level and increase of population can have a better explanation on regional differences,for the expansion of scale and increase of area per capita of construction land within regions,the planning and policy forces played more significant role.In key development area of governments planning,with more fixed asset investment and financial support,land use tend to be more extensive,the expansion of total amount of construction land and increase of area per capita of construction land are faster.To control the excessive expansion of construction land and promote the intensive land use,the government needs more reasonable urban planning,investment and fiscal policies.
