Study on the Framework of China's System of Integrated Environmental and Economic Accounting
基于中国综合环境与经济核算体系的框架和发展，指出该体系存在的问题，并重点分析其与联合国等编制的SEEA2003的差异，最后提出发展建议。
Study on the Integrated Environmental and Economic Accounting is a focus issue in foreign countries. The relevant academic studies and practice have been done in China. Based on the framework and development of China's System of Integrated Environmental and Economic Accounting, this paper points out some problems in the system and emphatically analyses the difference between it and SEEA2003 compiled by United Nations et al. In the end, the authors put forward some suggestions and ideas for the development of China's System of Integrated Environmental and Economic Accounting.
