Identify and Countermeasure on Housing Security of Rural Migrant Worker Based on Cost-Benefit Analyses
本文用成本收益分析法研究中国城市农民工住房政策，发现统一住房供给政策是解决农民工与市民冲突的关键。
The purpose of the paper is to analyze the current housing policies for rural migrant workers in Chinese cities, and try to construct the housing policy system relate them. The cost-benefit analysis methods are employed in the study. The research shows that the united housing supply policies is necessary as the policy demand exceeds supply, the status of rural migrant workers in cities and the conflict between the rural migrant and the resident are the key points of solving the problem, the results of the cost and benefit analysis is the united housing supply policies should be set up. The conclusion of paper emphasize that the housing supply for rural migrant workers is significant for the social development, which is the core that can address the rural migrant workers problem in cities.
