THE REFRAMING LIGAMENT AT THE END OF VILLAGES: COLLECTIVE ECONOMY——A CASE STUDY ON THE URBAN- VILLAGES IN SHENZHEN

Under rapid urbanization, the territory, social structure and organizational relationship of villages-in-the-city has been invaded and broken by the city. While the traditional villages are being at the end, urban-villages stiffly exist in the urban as ghosts. The collective economy has developed to a new ligament for the village. It comes from the collective land resource and inherits its community collectivity. Basing on the workshop lending, collective economy manages the village assets, governs the community and offers villagers welfare. Now, collective economy has become the relationship center of urban-village. The traditional village disappears and changes to an economic and social complex reframed by the collective economy.
