The paper firstly probes into the causes of poverty in Longhui and puts forward that accelerating town construction and raising urbanization level are a basic way of breaking away from poverty for poor county.Then it analyses the present situation and developmental factors of town construction of Longhui. Finally it discusses the countermeasures of accelerating town construction and development for Longhui.
