A Dynamic Space-Time Analysis on the Level of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization in China
用因子分析法构建指标体系,测度2002-2012年中国17个城市群的两化融合水平,发现整体水平低但逐年提升,东部优于中西部,并针对空间差异提出政策建议。
Actively promoting the integration of informatization and industrialization is not only important for transforming the economic development pattern in our country, but also for accelerating the urbanization process.By using Factor Analysis,this paper builds an index system of the integration of informatization and industrialization,measures the level of integration oftwoin China's 17 regional urban agglomerations from 2002- 2012,and we also conduct horizontal and vertical analyses of these regions.The results show that: Firstly, the whole degree is low and in the primary stage, however, the integration level had improved significantly and composite indices had showed an increasing trend year by year. Secondly, the regional differentiation is obvious, eastern region is better than central and western region. Thirdly, lay factors have different performance in space, especially degree index. From the aspects of the use of information resources; talent introduction; industrial automation and industry performance, we propose policy recommendations to promote the process of integration oftwo.
