The industrial cooperation among provincial is a hot issue of national economic development since the reform and opening up.In this study from a new perspective that provincial' s industrial cooperation model and its inter-provincial cooperation option path starting,conducted a study of Provinces of Jiangsu and Shandong's industrial cooperation model,and made a path for the development of industrial cooperation the two provinces.Results are shown as follows.① National inter-provincial industry cooperation is divided into modes: The industrial cooperation of government-led model,the industrial cooperation of business-oriented,the industrial cooperation of industry association-led,the development of industrial cooperation of Jiangsu and Shandong provinces should be selected government-led,market-driven,enterprise-led combination of the three leading composite model.②According to industry cooperation model of Jiangsu and Shandong to proposed the five path of industrial cooperation of Jiangsu and Shandong,build a platform for industrial cooperation,break two barriers to industrial cooperation,establishment of industrial cooperation of mechanism,expand four industrial cooperation,achieve five industrial cooperations' docking,provide a strong scientific basis that Industrial cooperation for Jiangsu and Shandong.
