INFLUENCING FACTORS ANALYSIS AND RATIONAL DISTRIBUTION ON RURAL SETTLEMENTS IN MOUNTAINS REGION
以彭水县保家镇为例，利用GIS和景观生态学分析山区农村居民点分布特征及影响因素，提出集中与分散相结合的布局优化建议。
Based on landscape ecology theory and the spatial analysis technique of GIS,the article studies the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of rural settlements in southwest mountains regions as a case of Baojia township of Pengshui county with the major data sources of database of the second national land survey(including contour line,river,road and rural settlements)at the scale of 1:10000.The results shows that rural settlements land areas are scattered sites in disorder at present,and main influencing factors include the altitude,the degree of slope,inconvenient water,road accesses,and the distance from cultivated land.The basic layout optimization principle in land use planing that concentration,decentralization and scattered concentration should abided by in mountain regions.Some suggestions on the adjustment of the distribution of rural residential land was put forward.
