The Development and Reconsideration on S&T Transfer in High Institution——A Research on the Work of Qinghua S&T Transfer and its Revelation
通过分析清华大学科技成果转移工作，提出高校应强化历史使命感、创新意识、知识产权保护、以人为本和国际竞争意识等五项建议。
Through the investigation and analysis on ST transfer in Qinghua University,it reconsiders the work of ST transfer in high institution and points out some questions to be attention in the practice and puts forward five works as follows:to strengthen the sense of historical mission and ST transfer to serve economic development which is a fundamental task and basic social function;to strengthen the sense of innovation for fully using comprehensive advantage of high institution and encouraging technical innovation and system innovation to continuously develop the ST transfer in high institution;to strengthen the sense of intellectuat property,for fully using intellectual advantage to increase the protection awareness and capacity of intellectual property;to strengthen the sense of regarding people as principal to take spirit up measures and mobilize the initiatives of ST personnel in the development of ST transfer;and to strengthen the awareness of international competition for bringing international close connection of high institution into full play and actively participating international competition to push ST transfer in high institution into international market.
