STUDIES ON CHARACTER OF ECONOMIC LOCATION AND SPATIAL STRUCTURE OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN JIANGXI PROVINCE
评估江西省周边大城市等级，将江西划分为受强经济中心影响的三个部分，指出其处于经济区边缘，提出依赖上海、广州、武汉等中心构建发展轴线的区域发展策略。
First, this paper assesses the grade of the metropolises around Jiangxi province and divides Jiangxi into three parts that are effected by strong economic centers. According to the different developmental level between Jiangxi and other provinces around it, Jiangxi is at the periphery of the economic region is concluded. This paper summarizes the actuality of the periphery trend of Jiangxi. The development of periphery must depend on the economic centers to build the developmental axis as Pole Axis System between the economic centers and feeble cities. Jiangxi must strengthen the economic connection with Shanghai, Guangzhou and Wuhan. The regional development of Jiangxi must depend on constituting three developmental axis as Guangzhou-Ganzhou axis, Nanchang-Jiujiang-Wuhan axis and Shanghai(Hangzhou)-Shangrao axis.
