LAND ACCESS TO PORTS AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CENTER
研究了上海港等中国港口陆路通达性的影响因素，分析了硬件和软件发展不平衡问题，并提出了相关建议。
As a core part in the construction of the international shipping center, it's of great importance for us to study how to strengthen the hub effects of Shanghai port. Considering the focus of the competitions among the main European ports from the turnover capacities of the harbors to ports' land access, this paper has identified and analyzed the main factors to affect the land access to Shanghai and other Chinese ports, not only theoretically but empirically as well. Dealing with the severely unbalanced and lagged development in both the hardware and software of Chinese transport infrastructure, this paper also presents some relevant arguments and suggestions.
