On The Integration of Development Zone in Changzhutan Areas
针对长株潭地区开发区数量过多、土地利用效率低等问题，提出等级整合、空间整合、多级管理整合的发展模式，并构建依赖市场服务、产业关联、创新共享、政府支持的一体化体系。
With its geographical superiority and the good economic foundation,the development zones in changzhutan areas,have already taken the leading position in the construction and the development of development zones in Hunan province.While there appear many problems,such as excessive number of development zones,a low utilization rate of land,no high economic efficiency in most of the development zones.So it is necessary to integrate the development zones in changzhutan areas and make them develop in a whole.Based on the development zones' status evaluation,and in order to establish harmonious competition-cooperation relationship and the best overall comprehensive benefit,this paper puts forward the rank integration,space integration,multi-level management integration development mode,and on this basis,extracts integration development zone of the dependentmarket service,the industrial connection,innovation sharing,the government supported integrated system.
