This article research the Changsha city spatial development strategy based on spatial equilibrium concept.The article proposed the core issue of Changsha City,and discussion the core issue from macro level and micro level.On macro level,this article tries to research the equilibrium between government development objectives and orientation of urban planning.On micro level,this article tries to research the equilibrium between housing and employment,urban development and ecological protection,allocation of public resources,allocation of jurisdiction.
