The Research on the Measurement of Regional Financial Efficiency and its Difference
用数据包络分析测度1995-2009年中国区域金融效率，再用基尼系数和泰尔指数分析省际和区域差异，发现效率较低但差异不大，2002年后效率提升且差异收敛，区域内部差异是总差异主因。
The regional financial efficiency of our country is measured in the thesis by data envelope analysis from 1995 to 2009,then Gini coefficient and Theil index are used to measure the difference of regional financial efficiency in provincial and regional level.It turns out that the financial efficiency of our country is comparative low and the difference of regional financial efficiency is not big,the financial efficiency and its difference has obvious features that both consist of two stages,the year of 2002 is a turning point,the financial efficiency of each province has been improved somehow after 2002 and the difference of regional financial efficiency begins to converge.The decomposition of the difference of regional financial efficiency demonstrates that the internal difference of regional financial efficiency is the main reason that causes the total difference,its average contribution surpasses 76 percent.
