A New Perspective on the Rural Land Transfer in China:Analysis of Relational Contract Model of Mutual Governance Based on Human Capital
从人力资本视角出发，基于共同治理的关系契约模型，揭示了农业人力资本积累、要素配置与效率提升的内在逻辑，为政府提高农地利用效率和农业效率的政策制定提供理论方向。
From the perspective of human capital,based on the relational contract model of mutual governance,the paper reveals the internal logic and mechanism of agricultural human capital accumulation,agricultural factor allocation and its efficiency improvement,thus providing a theoretical direction for governmental agricultural policy making and designing about the increasing of agricultural land utilization efficiency and agricultural efficiency.Further more,the paper elucidates that,to boost domestic rural land transfer,more importance should be attached not only to the marketization of agricultural land property right system,but also to the mechanism designing and systematic arrangement of agricultural human capital accumulation.
