Spatial Pattern Study of Urbanization Quality and Scale Relationships in Northeast Old Industrial Region Study——In Liaoning as an Example
通过构建评价指标体系和象限图识别法，分析了2004和2011年辽宁省14个城市的城镇化质量与规模关系，发现两者偏差增大，且存在南北差异，为因地制宜制定城镇化政策提供参考。
The urbanization quality and scale is a measure of urbanization development of two major aspects. Two relations is the main basis of judgment that whether urbanization is healthy. In defining the quality and scale on the basis of the connotation of urbanization, by building the evaluation index system to measure, and quadrant diagram recognition method based on the simplified, choose 2004 and 2011 two time sections, analyzed the 14 cities of Liaoning Province's change and the relationship between the spatial pattern characteristics, the results show that:(1) 2004- 2004, cities in Liaoning Province has urbanization quality-scale relations that basic remains the same, but with increasing of deviation degree. Thus put forward various cities—the size does not match the quality of the problems worthy of attention.(2) The urbanization development in Liaoning Province level exists significantly by the line of Shenyang- Dalian; urbanization quality-scale exists on the relationship exists in south and north of the province.
