DISCUSSION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF OCEANIC ECONOMY IN CHINA
讨论了中国海洋经济发展面临的挑战，强调海洋是生态经济，需合理开发沿海资源、进行自然资源与环境核算，并注重创新和平衡发展战略。
Oceanic economy is one economic activity of human developing and using natural resources and getting products from the ocean.Oceanic economy has become an important part of our national economy.Oceanic economy develops very rapidly in China in despite of many problems appearing in the development of natural resources in the ocean.In the paper,some problems are discussed as follows: the development of oceanic economy is confronted with serious challenge;oceanic economy is oceanic ecological economy and extending from land ecological economy essentially;reasonable development of the coastal has key role in the sustainable development of oceanic economy;one important task is to set about oceanic natural resources and environmental accounting in order to reflect the fact of the consumption of oceanic natural resources and the degradation of oceanic environment through adjusting economic indices;construction of province of oceanic economy should be regarded as an important task at present;it is necessary to pay enough attention to innovation of thoughts,run model,new technology and mechanism in the development of oceanic economy;and the strategy of balanceable development and the strategy of imbalanceable development should be integrated.
