Grain's Production Efficiency and Its Spatial Distribution in China from the “Two-oriented(Resource and Environment)” Perspective
运用方向性距离函数，纳入非期望产出指标，计算传统效率和环境效率，判断中国粮食生产中经济增长与环境资源协调性的空间分布及动态变化。
Applying the directional distance function,this paper uses the input and output indicators which including the undesirable outputs to calculate both traditional efficiency and environmental efficiency to judge the spatial distribution of the coordination of economy growth and environment,resources and its dynamic changes.This research finds that: The environmental factors give a smooth influence on the grain producing efficiency of China;the inter-regional coordination of the environment and production growth has the typical regional characteristics,the grain development and environment of the major grain-producing provinces and eastern coastal areas coordinate better;efficiency loss is a common problem,it’s urgent to transform the agriculture development mode now.
