Through the studying on the labor theory of value and utility theory of value and from the view of the value philosophy, the definition of tourism resource value can be summarized as the monetary denotation of its utility which can satisfy the tourists. The system of the theory of tourism resource value was founded on the definition tourism resource value includes use value and non-use value. Tourism resource value would be increased with the increasing of demand and the enlarging of the scope of tourism resource and it is difficult to evaluate the potential value of tourism resource.
