Study on office industry development and urban change stages in Beijing
研究了北京办公产业发展的四个阶段，从建国初期到2008年奥运会，分析了办公产业如何推动城市从消费型向生产型转变，并形成CBD等专业办公区。
Office industry development as the consistent of urban economic changes in Beijing city has taken four stages. The first stage is from P. R. China establishment to the Reform and Opening, that is the embryo stage of office and the city changes from consuming city to productive city. The second stage is from the Reform and Opening to later of 1980s, Beijing comes into modern city, the economic structures changing that the productive service booming. The third stage is from 1990s to 21st century, Beijing begins to close into international Metropolis and forms several special office areas, such as CBD. The productive service stands in an important place. Being prepared for 2008 Olympic Game, the office industry space aggregation makes the new change of Beijing city.
