通过分析青海省近二十年环境经济系统的能值指标,发现其环境负荷低、污染小、人口压力小,但工业化水平和经济开发强度低,发展潜力大,并提出了可持续发展建议。

Abstract

This paper,through analysis of every Energy-value index of Qinghai eco-economy system in recent twenty years,disclosed the following results: there is the low environmental loading ratio,waste accounts for the lower percentage of total energy-value use quantity in Qinghai,and population loading capacity is a little higher than the lowest limit,but far lower than the upper limit.Those indicate that pollution caused economy development during the period is relative low,the pressure of population is smaller,the environmental change leading to human activities may be received;also,change tendency of pure energy-value output ration,input one,energy-value use intensity and the ratio of energy-value and currency,etc.show the level of industrialization and information,the one of economic exploit intensity and development are all low,and the system normal work depends on the local resources in Qinghai,then it is a resources output province,so,the fairly high index of sustainable development indicates that the economy is not developed in Qinghai province,the exploit extent is fairly low,and there is greater potential to develop in Qinghai province.And then suggestions are discussed for the sustainability of Qinghai environmental-economic system.
