Current reform of the household registration system can not be called a thorough and successful reform,for there are still many gaps for the requirements of accelerating rural migrant workers' obtaining citizenship,urbanization and urban and rural integration,it reduces rural migrant workers of the willingness and ability to obtain citizenship,and improves the threshold and the cost of obtaining citizenship and artificially creates confrontation between migrant workers and urban residents,so it has become a system bottleneck hindering the process of obtaining citizenship.To deepen the reform of the household registration system must be to strip the interests,and integrate urban and rural,and freely migrate,under the central unified planning,stripping the welfare function attached by the household registration,restoring real functions of the household registration system,and reforming other binary systems embedded in household registration system as a whole.
