Chenzhou,located in the south of Hunan,is a major city of ecological tourism resources and is rich in water-based tourism resources that are of peculiar characteristics.Based on the qualitative and evaluation of the water-based tourism resources in Chenzhou,and market location,the present thesis puts forward a series of exploiting and utilizing strategies such as making reasonable overall arrangements of the exploitation of the water-based tourism resources in Chenzhou,strengthening the protection of the water-based tourism resources,creating elaborate water-based tourism scenic spots,exploiting water-based express trip-route and taking a variety of means to advertise the waterbased tourism resources in Chenzhou.
