基于成都三地失地农民数据，分析其就业意愿、就业选择和社会支持网络，并提出完善土地制度、补偿体系、就业培训及社会保障等建议。
Based on the demonstration data about land-lost farmers in Longquanyi District, Pi County,Dujiangyan city,Chengdu,article analyzes their employment desire,employment choose and social support networks.Article also puts forward some suggestions of deepening land system and policies reform,perfecting land requisition compensation system,changing land-lost farmers' employment conception,training land-lost farmers' Idea of modern market economy,strengthening employment training system,improving social security system,expanding land-lost farmers' scope of social interaction,establishing extensive social support networks.
