Assessment of Eco-efficiency of Tianjin Land Use Master Plan Based on Ecological Footprint Model
用优化后的生态足迹模型评估天津市土地利用总体规划的生态效率,发现规划期间生态足迹总量增加但人均值下降,生态压力仍在可接受范围,模型可用于生态评估与预测。
The purpose of this paper was to assess the eco-efficiency of Tianjin land use master plan based on optimized model of ecological footprint.The results showed that: ① During the period of Tianjin land use master plan(1996-2010),the total amount of ecological footprint,biological capacity and ecological surplus were increased with the decrease of per capita values,which reflected that the burthen of eco-efficiency was from the population explosion principally.② In the 2020 of Tianjin land use master plan(2006-2020),the evaluation index had the same dynamic characters as the period between 1996 and 2010.The balance between supply and demand of ecological footprint was better,and the ecological pressure was still in an acceptable region.③ The optimized model of ecological footprint could be applied to the ecological assessment and forecast successfully.
