TEMPORAL AND SPATIAL DIFFERENCES OF THE ECONOMIC SYNTHETIC DEVELOPMENT ABILITY IN NORTHEAST CHINA
用熵值法评估了2000-2007年东北地区经济综合发展能力，发现整体差异缩小，高分城市沿哈大线分布，西部能力增强而北部减弱，资源型城市因资源枯竭得分下降。
The optimization of regional pattern based on the study of regional difference is a key aspect of regional development.To analyze the synthetic economic development ability of different parts in Northeast China and its changes over time and across the region can help clearly understand the formation process of the economic pattern、its problems and the reasons.This paper comprehensively evaluates the economic Development Ability in Northeast China between 2000 and 2007 through entropy method.The index system contains five primary targets,including economy,efficiency,structure,speed and sustainable development,and 21 second indexes.The results show that the overall difference in Northeast China is decreasing and most developed cities of higher scores are distributed along Harbin-Dalian Railway.The synthetic economic development ability of the west of Northeast China is enhancing,while weakening in the north.With the depletion of resources,the synthetic scores of some resource-based cities are on the decrease.The main factors of synthetic economic development ability are natural environment、transportation、market and innovation.
