The Assessment of Regional Natural Capital and Sustainable Degree——A Case Study for Beijing
以北京为例，运用能值分析方法评估自然资本（土壤、生物、水、矿产等）并计算可持续度，结果为0.7586，为区域可持续发展提供决策支持。
Natural capital take the great important role in the regional sustainable development. So how to assess the natural capital and calculate the natural capital sustainable degree in the region may provide decision support for the regional sustainable development. In this paper,as the case study of Beijing,emergy analysis methods are applied to assess the natural capital and sustainable degree. And the results show that the natural capital of soil organic matter is 15.6539 billion $; the capital of plant biomass is 259.6 billion $; the capital of animal biomass is 16.8 billion $; the capital of water resource is 0.3 billion $; the capital of mineral resource is 734.3 billion $; gross ecological capital is 1026.789 billion $; and the sustainable degree is 0.7586.
