Historical Evolution,Main Study and Orientation of Planning on the Redevelopment of Urban Old Areas in Shanghai
系统梳理了建国以来上海城市旧区改造工作的历史阶段、主要方式与机制、安置补偿及配套政策，分析了主要成效与经验，并提出了和谐发展的方向定位。
On the threshold of the 60th anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China,the article has a systematic carding of the work done in the redevelopment of urban old areas in Shanghai since the founding of the country. The author concludes three phases of the historical evolution of the redevelopment of urban old areas in Shanghai and introduces his main study on the way and mechanism of redevelopment of urban old areas,resettlement compensation and supporting policies in Shanghai. Besides,the author analyzed the main effect and experience in the redevelopment of urban old areas in Shanghai. At the end of the article,the author put forward an idea of harmony which is the orientation of development in the redevelopment of urban old areas in Shanghai.
