RESEARCH ON THE HIGH-TECH ESTATE CLUSTER MODEL——TAKING THE CITY GROUP OF CHANG-ZHU-TAN FOR EXAMPLE
研究了长株潭城市群中三种典型的高技术产业集群模式，包括产业关联型、专业平台共享型和卫星环绕型，并分析了技术能力、公共平台、配套体系和特色产业基地等关键因素。
As the growth pole of the high-tech estate development in Hunan,there are three typical models of estate clusters existing in the city group of Chang-Zhu-Tan.They are as follows: estate related type(Estate cluster of advanced battery material in Changsha),professional platform co-shared type(Estate cluster of bio-medicine in the international bio-medicine industry park in Liuyang) and satellite surrounding type(Estate cluster of orbit traffic equipment in Zhuzhou).The capacity of technology and public platform,matching system and characteristic estate base are the important factors in forming cluster models.
