The Study of Urban Land Increment in The Process of Urbanization:Taking Changchun as an Example
以长春为例，分析了城市化进程中城市土地增量的规律、特征、形成机制及空间互动机制，发现土地增量具有整体性、独立性、不可逆等特征，并受投资、用途转换、供需和政策引导影响。
The object of this research is to analyze the regularity,characteristics,forming mechanism and spatial interaction mechanism of urban land increment in the process of urbanization,taking Changchun as an example.Method of theoretical analysis and demonstration study are employed.The results show that urban land increment is regular and represents characteristics such as whole,independent,coexisting,radiation,irreversible,etc.The forming mechanism of urban land increment includes the investment,the use transformation,the supply and demand,the policy guidance.There is spatial interaction between urban land increment and urban development.There are different characteristics of urban land increment in the urban expansion and inter city.In the process of urbanization,with the urban population scaling,urban land expanding,urban economy developing,urban land increment has to be an irreversible tendency.
